We offer a free courtesy transport service to and from Gatwick Airport and Springwood Guest House between 0700 and 2000 by prior arrangement. Local taxis are available outside of these hours from Carline 01293 430430 @£5.
North Terminal Pick-up Point
Turn right when you exit the ground floor of the terminal (arrivals level) and walk as far as you can under the white canopy. Then turn left past Jubilee House and continue to the bus/coach stops. Our pick up point is yellow bus stop 9 which is at the end on the outside lane. You can call 01293 775998 or use the yellow free phone between bus stop 7 and 8 call 89945.
South Terminal Pick-up Point
From inside the terminal, follow the signs to EXIT. Leave the terminal on the upper level. Cross road at the zebra crossing- do NOT enter the car park. Turn left and walk to the end of the covered walkway. Take lift to ground level. Turn right, the yellow free phone (call Springwood 89945) is on the wall on the next set of lifts or call 01293 775998 on your mobile. Cross the road at the zebra crossing (just by coke/ice cream machine) to the outer lane to bus stop 12 and 11. You will be collected from bus stop 11 as soon as possible.
Please do not call from inside the terminal as the chances are we will get there before you and you will miss your pick up as we are not allowed to wait. Second journeys to collect are chargeable @ £6.
